    Description

The 2026 SMFM Practice Management Course is designed to equip Maternal-Fetal Medicine leaders with the tools necessary to innovate, lead, and sustain high-performing MFM practices in an evolving healthcare environment.

Through focused sessions on revenue cycle management, financial strategy across career stages, data-driven operational improvement, artificial intelligence integration, ultrasound benchmarking, coding updates, and workforce development, this course will provide practical, actionable strategies for division directors and practice leaders.

Interactive discussions and expert-led sessions will address real-world challenges including financial sustainability, operational inefficiencies, faculty onboarding, administrative alignment, quality metrics, and adapting to emerging technologies. Participants will leave with frameworks and implementation strategies that can be immediately applied within their own institutions.
