The 2026 SMFM Practice Management Course is designed to equip Maternal-Fetal Medicine leaders with the tools necessary to innovate, lead, and sustain high-performing MFM practices in an evolving healthcare environment.

Through focused sessions on revenue cycle management, financial strategy across career stages, data-driven operational improvement, artificial intelligence integration, ultrasound benchmarking, coding updates, and workforce development, this course will provide practical, actionable strategies for division directors and practice leaders.

Interactive discussions and expert-led sessions will address real-world challenges including financial sustainability, operational inefficiencies, faculty onboarding, administrative alignment, quality metrics, and adapting to emerging technologies.
