Thrive: An Online Resource

This resource was developed by experts and SMFM members to address the growing problem of burnout among physicians. Thrive is free and open to everyone, including nonmembers of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The online activities in Thrive consist of videos, links, didactic information, and interactive exercises that help learners recognize burnout and second victim syndrome; identify the individual and organizational factors that contribute to burnout; lead their organizations in creating a culture of wellness; and take personal actions to increase personal wellness and resilience.
