Completion of all components within a topic and a score of 75% or greater on the post-test quiz for a topic are necessary for attainment of 1.5 CME credits. This bundle expires on January 17, 2024.

    Upon completion of the components in this module, the learner will be able to:

    1. Review the epidemiology, timing, and risk factors of pregnancy-associated myocardial infarction (PAMI). 
    2. Describe the etiology and pathophysiology of PAMI and how they differ from non-pregnant MI. 
    3. Discuss signs, symptoms, and diagnosis of STEMI and non-STEMI. 
    4. Discuss the basic principles of management of pregnancy-associated STEMI and procedure-based treatments. 
    5. Describe the components of patient counseling for subsequent pregnancies. 

    Completion of all components within a module and a score of 75% or greater on the post-test quiz are necessary for the attainment of 1.5 CME credits.

    This module starts on January 15, 2023, and expires on January 15, 2024.
