Upon completion of the components in this topic, the learner will be able to:

1.Distinguish between the different hypertensive disorders of pregnancy 

2.List the risk factors and describe the pathophysiology involved in the presenting signs and symptoms of preeclampsia with severe features

3.Identify the maternal and fetal complications of preeclampsia with severe features. 

4.Describe the treatment of preeclampsia with severe features and eclampsia. 

5. Discuss the long-term health risks of preeclampsia with severe features.
